| Our
president is a long-time builder from the Toronto area. Since 1972 he
has participated in the development and construction of approximately
300 homes. In 1993 we started construction of a tourist hotel on Lake Arenal in northern Costa Rica. In 1995 we were awarded an "EXCELLENT" rateing by the Ontario new home warrenty programme. In addition to building, our president was licensed as a real estate broker, and for years sat on the board of directors of the "york region real estate board", at that time the seventh-largest board in Canada. Recent projects in Costa Rica include remodeling of homes, designing and building new homes from 1,200 square feet to almost 6,000 square feet, swimming pool, concrete entrances, garages, storage buildings, etc. We have been selected as project manager and general contractor by "Bella Vista Estates". A project which will produce 23 large homes on 4 to 14 acre lots, some with views to Lake Arenal and the famous Arenal volcano.
